Guided Conscious Reset is my signature approach at One80 Coaching. It combines guided meditation with gentle Conscious Hypnosis techniques to help calm the nervous system, quiet anxious thinking, and create space for new, more supportive thought patterns.
During these guided experiences, you remain fully aware and in control while being supported to enter a deeply relaxed and focused state. This allows the mind and body to slow down, reset, and begin shifting the internal dialogue that often fuels anxiety and self-doubt.
